Our water is tested by an independent laboratory every month.

At Çobanpınar, we constantly renovate and furnish our facilities with the cutting edge machinery and equipment. The facility is far away from the residential area, and therefore the water source is well-protected against potential pollutants. Our facilities are equipped with the cutting edge stainless steel water tanks with air filters, ozone tanks, polycarbonate carboy washing and disinfecting machines, and hygienic filling stations. All washing, filling, and capping operations are performed hygienically by automated machinery to avoid human contamination. In addition to the analyses conducted by the government authorities, we collect random waterd samples at various stages of the process -from the source to the filling station- and analyze them in our modern laboratories every day.

FACILITIES At Çobanpınar, we take the spring water from its source in the pine forest of Göktürk, fill it into bottles in a hygienic environment with the cutting edge technology equipment in our modern facilities that meet the regulations issued by the Ministry of Health, then bring it to you in a package, free of human contamination. The water obtained from the source flows through quartz and active carbon filters before stored in a stainless steel tank. The air inlet/outlet of the fully sealed 300,000-liter capacity stainless steel water tank is equipped with 0.2-microne air filters to keep airborne bacteria away.

Çobanpınar’s polycarbonate carboys are washed at 70˚C temperature in a 6-stage process, and sterilized with a sanitary detergent, disinfectant, and ozone before each filling operation. The carboys filled up in the hygienic filling chamber sterilized with ozone are tagged with tear resistant disposable stickers, and sealed with special caps with the authentic ÇOBANPINAR logo printed on them. Washing, filling, capping, and expiry date and batch number printing processes are performed by fully automated machines to avoid human contamination. Glass shaped water containers manufactured from PET using single-block machines are also filled and sealed by the same machines. For your health and safety, do not store anything other than water in empty polycarbonate bottles. Please return empty polycarbonate bottles with their caps on.
